Preparing folder structure and organizing data

Here is the recommended folder structure for using VIEW. Essentially you need 4 folders for organizing data, scripts, metadata and results of the project. In addition you need a folder to organize useful combinations of VIEW settings which also serves as the project directory. Once you have created/identified folders for the above, copy your data into the folder for data.

We recommend reading about the following flags and starting every new YML file with them: LE_loadExp, LE_CalcMethod, STG_MotherOfAllFolders, STG_Datapath.
