Unsubscribing from Joule

Target users: SAP administrators

Summary

This section explains how to unsubscribe from Joule and delete the service instance if you no longer need them.

[!NOTE] After you delete your Joule subscription, you may not be able to resubscribe in the same subaccount. To resubscribe, you will need to either create a subscription in a subaccount that has not been used to subscribe to Joule, or raise a ticket to CA-DAS-TO.

[!CAUTION] When you unsubscribe from Joule:

  1. All new configurations will be deleted.
  2. All of the tenant data (persisted data) will be deleted.
  3. You will be unsubscribed from all services that are part of Joule setup.
  4. You will not be able to access your assistant or the chat data.

Prerequisites

To complete these steps you must have the role: TBC

Steps

  1. Open the Cockpit of your subaccount.

  2. Open your Subaccount tile.

  3. In the navigation pane on the left, click Instances and Subscriptions.

  4. On the Subscriptions tab, under the 'Applications' subheading, find the application Joule.

  5. Under the actions menu () to the right, click Delete.

Result

The subscription is deleted.
