Steps

1. Access SAP Joule for Consultants.

2. Verify Permissions and Registration.

  • Ensure that your account permissions and registration have been properly configured by your system administrator.

  • Contact your admin if access is restricted or if you encounter login issues.

3. Explore the Landing Page.

  • Once logged in, you’ll see a welcome message:

“Hello, Welcome to SAP Joule for Consultants!”

  • The page displays key options for starting conversations and accessing Joule’s features.

4. Start a Conversation.

  • In the input field at the bottom of the screen, type your question or request.

  • Press Enter or select the Send button to interact with Joule.

  • Joule will process your request and respond with context-aware information or guidance.
