PC Client mode can be used to extend the NextPVR interface on to other Windows based PCs in your house. Live TV and Recordings are centralized and managed by the server. PC Clients can have their own plugins and media folders.

PC client mode is configured on the Devices settings page.

You may need to allow NextPVR Recording Service (NRecord.exe) through the Firewall on the server for full PC client functionality.

The speed of network connection between client and server is a big factor in performance of the PC Client. A wired Ethernet connection is recommended.
