The data fetched from EIRGRID Group is incomplete. From this parser, we are collecting the following information:

• Total production
• Wind production,
• Solar production,

Consequently, production for Ireland and Northern Ireland is estimated using the Mode Breakdown model. The estimation process is as follows:

1. The parser collects wind and solar production and total production

Unknown = total production - wind - solar

2. Unknown production is then broken down using data from SEAI or BRMS.
   • In the case of Ireland, unknown production is reallocated using a monthly production mix. This monthly mix is computed for the last three full years of data. This enables the capture of the different modes' seasonality.
   • For Northern Ireland, unknown production is broken down using an annual production mix.
