Notes

EasyBuild v2.4.0

• release will most likely happen (very) shortly before the hackathon in Austin (probably Nov 10th)
• support for --extended-dry-run is about to be merged, awaiting finishing of docs update

• only other major 'blocker' is support for subtoolchain-aware --robot (https://github.com/hpcugent/easybuild-framework/pull/1306)
