Curate the 2017-18 data to bring it to a unified flat structure (similar work was done by Nikhil for 2016-17 budget)
Put the budget data online in a searchable table, similar to what Ravikant did with Water Cup Villages data.
Make an online database and a query system using which any user can create custom queries and draw out data.
- Have a system for sharing those queries (for starters, could be as simple as a comments section where users can submit their queries)
Load multiple years' data into the same database and start exploring it all.
Bring out ward-wise (using ward number info given in some of the entries) various expenditures.
