Jargon
- 'filler': means serial number or some other field or blank field; it's not important.
- MC : Municipal Commissioner: The MC Budget is the one prepared by Municipal Commissioner and submitted to Standing Committee (SC) for changes and finalizing.
- SC : Standing Committee. They take the municipal commissioner's budget (MC), make changes to it and release the SC budget. In Pune, this is usually the fnal version.
- Revenue : for the budget document, this does NOT mean earning. It means regular recurring items like salaries.
