Contouring (using reference series) - cerr/CERR GitHub Wiki

CERR is equipped with a relatively complete set of contouring tools that allow the user to define new anatomical regions (structures) or manipulate existing structures by editing or copying them.

Instructions

  1. If the archive contains multiple scan sets, select the appropriate panel layout and scan sets to view them simultaneously.
  1. Set as active the scan set on which the contour is to be defined. Select ‘Contouring’ under the ‘Structures’ pull-down menu and confirm the selected scan set.

Click and drag using the left mouse button to draw and right-click to close the contour, if using the pencil. Click and drag using the left mouse button to draw/erase if using the brush or eraser tools. To delete a structure during contouring, press the delete key (keyboard).

6.To scroll through a different scan set for reference while contouring, simply click on the reference scan set and move through the slices using the arrow keys or scroll wheel.

7.Save the contour for viewing by selecting the "Save" button.

8.You can continue to create/modify structures on different slices by repeating steps 3-7. To end or to switch to a different scan set for contouring, select quit.
