These tutorials were created by the University of Miami's Center for Computational Science Student Mentors with assistance from laboratory members.

• Matt Danzi wrote modules 1, 2, and 3 (except for the part about the STAR aligner) and manages this github account.
• Matt Field, Louis Cai, and Karam Alawa (J. William Harbour Laboratory) wrote the section about the STAR aligner, and how to integrate STAR output with EdgeR, DeSeq2, Cufflinks, and DexSeq.
• Hema Raju wrote module 4 on Isoform level analysis
