Split RegionsShatter overlapping regions into a group of separate, editable regions.
Menu: Combine > Split Regions | In depth: Regions & booleans
Select two or more overlapping regions, or click them in turn, then run Split. Every piece of overlap becomes a region of its own, and the results arrive as a group you can pull apart, restyle, or delete one piece at a time.
Important
Split is a bake, not a live operation. Unlike Union, Intersect and Difference, the pieces do not track their sources. Move the originals and the pieces stay where they are. To take the change, run Split again. See Baking.
