This fixes all cases (hopefully) of map audio changes that hurt your ears despite your game volume. This way you experience the same volume everywhere.
A well known example of this is Bloodshot Stronghold, which causes all audio in certain rooms to be amplified to be louder.
Major thanks to Apocalyptech for generating these changes based off of the level that these objects belong to. Otherwise my hand would be in bad shape.
