Converts the Veritas into the Hekk; a Rare Bandit Shotgun.
The Hekk has slightly increased Fire Rate and Reload Speed, at the cost of a 4-magazine clip and low projectile count of 7.
When combined with the Steel Meridian, the Hekk can have a minimum of 21 pellets per shot, which is incredibly ammo-efficient.
