Changes Hyperion Shotguns to Vladof style shotguns
-DOES NOT edit any Uniques
-Currently the Hyperion reverse recoil is still in affect
-DOES change common through gemstone Hyperion shotguns
-Hyperion Shotguns: A 15% damage reduction, 30% clip size increase, and a 45% fire rate increase
