Replaces Mongol

Infinite ammo
Slow reload
Horrible accuracy (But who needs accuracy when you're firing homing missiles)
High firerate
No self damage
Slow projectiles
Big blast radius
10 Round magazine
+2000% Shield capasity
+5000% Shield recharge delay
+2000% Shield regeneration rate
Grants Zoomy Zommy Zoom Zoom speed
Fires upwards and homes towards enemies
Infinite home range (Can home to and hit targets accross the map)
