Replaces the Striker (or some other Jakobs shotguns) with the Hellwalker from Borderlands 3.
Features:
Incendiary Damage.
Increased damage.
Considerably faster reload speed.
Lower recoil (compared to Borderlands 2 shotguns.)
Clip size of 2, consumes two ammo per shot.
Lowered elemental chance, increased elemental damage.
