Turns the Landscaper (or the Flakker) into a recreation of the Borderlands 1 Hammer.
Features;
Increased projectile count.
Tightened spread.
Extremely high fire rate (for a shotgun).
Very high magazine size.
Decreased reload speed.
Fires a spread in the shape of a hammer.
