Description (from inside mod)

Ghalt in Borderlands 2, AKA his UPR M8-R Revolver Shotgun.
Replaces the Triquetra.
Makes the Blockhead's splash explosion always incendiary, which shouldn't break it.
Not good with sanity checks, so watch out with that to avoid your weapon from being removed.
I've intentionally made this a strong shotgun with extra projectiles, while only consuming 1 ammo per shot, to compete with other shotguns.
