Turns the Slow Hand into the Face-puncher from Borderlands 3.
Features:
Damage dealt increases with melee damage bonuses.
Unable to crit (it technically fires a projectile with melee splash).
Does not recieve Roid damage boosts.
Always spawns without elements (does not delete elemental Slowhands).
Always spawns with a blade (doesn't delete bladeless versions).
