Turns the Scorpio into a blaster interpretation of the Pre-Sequel Cat o' Nine Tails.
Features;
Divides into nine ricochetting projectiles upon hitting a surface.
Reduced fire rate.
Only one ammo consumed per shot instead of two.
Spawns in all elements instead of just fire (but not non-elemental).
Note; Uses the firing mode of the Emperor to achieve the effects (but alters it to use the default smg firing mode). Beware if using mods that affect that firing mode.
