Makes the Black Hole into a low capacity, high recharge rate, low delay shield to make better use of the singularity ability.
Makes the Impaler's spike projectiles trigger faster and more often (as well as allow more things to trigger it besides bullets and melee), turn sharper, and cause strong DoTs on impact. Makes the Impaler itself have nova-level damage for spikes, good capacity, low recharge rate, and low delay so it can produce spikes for longer.
