Improves the quality of Assault Rilfes. Bandit starts with 2 projectiles. Removed dahl burst delay. Vladof gets reduced ammo cost like the launchers. Changed the wild accessory into an increased pellet count accessory. Improved the spin barrel. Various weapon type improvements.

You will need to install Python SDK and Command Extentions for this to work.
