Fix the "Bad Touch" & "Good Touch" Wrong Rarity
Made by PhantomNatsu (Natsu235)

>> Note: The "Crit" SMG from Tiny Tina's DLC was patched to use Blue Rarity instead of Purple Rarity but the "Bad Touch" & "Good Touch" were never fixed.
You can still have a Purple Rarity "Crit" in your backpack, the Sanity Check wasn't updated and accept both Body Parts: VarB & VarC.
