Adds a couple different choices for how to open the Diamond Chest(room) on Sanctuary III:

Description (from inside mod)

This mod changes the Diamond Chest to use Money instead of Diamond Keys. Feel free to download and change the BaseValueConstant
on the last line from 5000000.0 to whatever you want it to cost. (5000000 mil seemed like a nice end game value)
