The SchemeUrg colour scheme is used by the FlexWinTitle Module:

• when a client has the Urgent flag set

The SchemeUrg colour scheme is used by the Workspace Module:

• when a client on the workspace has the Urgent flag set

This is a singular colour scheme that does not differentiate between selected and unselected (normal) clients. This has to do with that the Urgent flag is automatically removed when the client receives focus.
