The SchemeFlexSelFloat colour scheme is used by the FlexWinTitle Module:

for window titles of floating clients in a tiled layout then
the colour scheme is used for the selected floating client (if any) or
when the workspace is using the floating (NULL) layout then
the colour scheme is used for the selected client (if any)
