The SchemeFlexInaFloat colour scheme is used by the FlexWinTitle Module:

• for window titles of floating clients in a tiled layout and
• the client that has focus is not floating or
• when the workspace is using the floating (NULL) layout and
• the workspace is inactive, meaning that a client on another workspace has focus
