Janet Winston-Rogers is the daughter of Walter Winston.

She was married to Horatio Rogers. He died in an automobile accident in February 1933.

On 31 October 1934, she engaged the investigators to look into her father's suspicious behaviour leading up to his death.

Investigation

On November 2 1934, Mikhail asked law enforcement associates to look into Janet's background, suspicious of the sudden deaths of first her husband then her father. The evidence showed Horatio died after running off the road during a storm. There is no evidence to suggest foul play.
