Bubbles are the core currency and resource in Bubble Incremental. Nearly every mechanic in the game ties into how you produce, collect, and spend Bubbles.
This page covers how Bubbles are generated, what affects their production, and how they're used throughout the game.
๐ How Bubbles Are Generated
Bubbles are primarily generated in two ways:
- Manual Clicking โ Clicking the Soap Bar manually generates a small burst of Bubbles.
- Passive Production โ Bubbles are produced automatically over time based on your upgrades and buffs.
Some buffs may also spawn additional bubbles on-screen that you can click for bonuses.
โ๏ธ Factors That Influence Bubble Production
Bubble production is affected by:
- Items โ Upgrades that produce Bubbles passively
- Clicking โ Boosts the value of each click
- Buffs โ Temporary multipliers or additive effects
- Milestones โ Provide powerful multipliers at threshold values
- Upgrades โ Improve both click and passive generation
- Achievements โ Some grant perks that boosts BPS
โฑ๏ธ Bubbles per Second
Bubbles per Second (BPS) is the main stat that tracks how many Bubbles you're generating passively each second. It is displayed in the top section of the screen and updates in real-time.
๐งฎ How BPS is Calculated
BPS is calculated using the following:
- The base production of all owned items
- All active multipliers from buffs or milestones
- Any temporary effects like events or weather
- Achievement bonuses, if applicable
Example: Base Production ร Upgrade Multipliers ร Buff Multiplier ร Milestone Multiplier ร Achievement Perks = BPS
Clicking does not count toward BPS โ itโs a separate burst of bubbles.
๐ฐ What Are Bubbles Used For?
Bubbles are used to:
- Purchase Items and Upgrades
- Unlock Milestones
- Progress through Achievements
- Trigger Buffs (not implemented yet)
Youโll spend Bubbles often โ wisely investing in upgrades early will massively increase your BPS over time.

- Use buffs like Bubble Frenzy during high production times to multiply earnings.
- Always aim for the next Milestone โ the production boost is usually worth the cost.
- Watch for Buffs that appear โ clicking them quickly can massively boost your production for a short time.
