Psychtoolbox › Screen.{mex*,dll} subfunction

Special test function for Psychtoolbox testing and developments. Normal users:
DO NOT USE!
On Linux/OSX with AMD DCE-3 or later: FMT_CLAMP_CONTROL REG read/write.
Meaningful values:
0 = Read only. 1 = Clamp to 6 bpc, 65537 = Clamp to 8 bpc, 131073 = Clamp to 10
bpc.
