Psychtoolbox › Datapixx.{mex*,dll} subfunction

The VIEWPixx backlight is composed of an array of LEDs. EnableDoutBacklightPulse
causes these LEDs to be enabled or disabled by the state of DOUT15. A digital
output schedule strobing DOUT15 can present tachistoscopic stimuli with
microsecond-precise presentation duration.
