Check For Update
Meeting Schedule Assistant is updated on a regular basis with new features and bug fixes.You can stay informed about new versions in several ways:
- Signing up for the Newsletter.
- Subscribing to the Whatsapp channel.
- Subscribing to the RSS feed.
In addition, you can configure the software to automatically check for new versions. The default setting is Do not check for updates.
Tip: You can also Check For Update manually from the Help menu
Automatic Update Options
Check automatically when application starts

Enables a dropdown list where you can choose how often to check for updates:
- Every Day
- Every Week
Ask before checking, once a week
- The software will prompt you to confirm that you want to check for updates before proceeding.
Do not check for updates
- Select this option if you prefer not to automatically check for updates.
- Note: When this option is selected, the Check for Latest Schedule Information setting (described below) will be disabled.
Check for Latest Schedule Information
This option allows the software to periodically check if there are any updates to the meeting workbook schedule data.

The Check for Latest Schedule Information option becomes enabled when you select either:
- Check automatically when application starts, or
- Ask before checking, once a week.

If Do not check for updates is selected, this option will be disabled and cannot be checked.

Default setting: Unchecked.
Submit workbook request statistics
This setting controls whether anonymous usage data is submitted when you request workbook data.
- The Submit Workbook Request Statistics checkbox is only enabled when Check for Latest Schedule Information is checked.
- Default setting: Unchecked.
If you leave this option unchecked, a popup window will appear each time you submit a workbook request, asking for permission to submit anonymous statistics:
- You can click Find out more in the dialog for additional details about the data submission.
- You can also choose Stop displaying this message if you no longer want to be prompted.
What information is submitted?
If you opt to submit workbook request statistics, the following anonymous information is sent:
- Date and time of the request.
- Foreign-Language Group mode setting.
- Application language.
- Workbook language.
- Application version.
