Depending on which country you live in, perception and understanding of this type of wireless aggression varies in tandem with local Mysticism, Spirituality, and Religions. This means many will react violently and in denial when presented and talked about and without any factual proof or demonstration of it.

In Portugal, it is used as a way to promote racism and even xenophobia social behaviors towards a particular person and citizen, the most common reaction being one of social appearance and perception with indirect references to moral and even ethical misbehavior to the extreme of using local legality, laws and regulations. In 2020 it became known as "social distancing", an ambiguity and terminology being used in Western medicine that also defines social distance and social isolation.

In short, the above is sufficient and why it is mandatory when alerting the authorities or law enforcement, to use the official online platforms for complaints and "whistleblowing", but that's not enough alone, it is also a mandatory safety requirement to file a complaint using any open environment available on all this internet, in particular platforms that have available a timeline history or records. Well-known examples are Facebook, Twitter & Linkedin, and also usage of "data repositories" such as Github, Dataverse, Zenodo, and many others. To do so, first, I strongly advise learning about "data logging" \ "how to have a log book" and how to maintain a database with historical data records and events of personal life while at the same time avoiding any type of "viral content" or "mass diffusion" of its contents.

Reporting mechanisms vary from one country to another. In Member States which do not have a dedicated online option in place, you are advised to go to your local police station to complain. In 2024, due to the nature of this type of attack and aggression, it is not advisable to complain to the local police, simply because they are not trained and prepared to receive this type of "bio-terrorism" complaint. When possible ALWAYS use the online complaint forms.

When complaining make sure to add the following specific data to the description box:

  • Sub-type of wireless aggression ( electromagnetic, acoustic, photonic, thermal, etc)
  • Full name of the victim and his\her citizen ID
  • Time and date of the event
  • Full location details ( if possible include GPS coordinates)

⚠ī¸ To this date, sending a live data stream to the authorities and law enforcement is not possible. There's no API made available. As a temporary solution, I advise using a "data repository" and a Facebook page to log, maintain, and track the history of aggressions.

⚠ī¸ I strongly recommend and advise having a Facebook page, to Log any case of aggression or personal damage made to one's body, set up with minimum access to other profiles and limited to close/trustworthy network connections, for instance, family and friends, to enable automated and real-time analysis for near real-time identification of this type of wireless aggression at a distance, made by authorities and third-party unknown organizations and individuals, so the aggression and the aggressor can be identified in the shortest amount of time possible, preferably in the order of milliseconds.

Stay safe.

Portugal

If you are a Portuguese citizen, only on the Portuguese army website is possible to raise a complaint about "Bio-Terrorism". It is an early development platform that lacks many important features. There's also "Policia Judiciaria," particularly the "counter-terrorism unit." However, they do not have an online platform with a "history of records of complaints" suitable for this type of bio-terrorism, so my best advice is to use the one from the Portuguese Army. You will need to wait for them to acknowledge your complaint (while you add more! ), alternatively, contact directly the "counter-terrorism unit." but fist, make sure you have evidence to show and share.

Belgium

If you have been confronted with a terrorist attack abroad, you will find information on the Belgium website and also https://victimes.cfwb.be/vous-etes-victime-de/acte-terroriste/

Report Cybercrime
