How to enable DRM playback on VRT NU add-on

This ought to work out-of-the-box on Kodi v17 (Krypton) and Kodi v18 (Leia).
Some streams on VRT NU are DRM-protected, this includes the 720p live streams.
Mechanism
The VRT NU add-on uses the script.module.inputstreamhelper plugin which is automatically installed when installing the VRT NU add-on in Kodi. As soon as a DRM-protected stream is started, it will offer to download, extract and/or install the required Widevine CDM library to your Kodi system. Once this has finished, the stream will start playing automatically.
From time to time this plugin will check and update the existing Widevine library when needed.
Enable 720p or 1080p HD quality live TV streams
