Silverfield is a city on The Isle of Mists. Silverfield controls both the largest available farmland on the island as well as Silverfield Mine (which was first used to mine silver, has since expanded into multiple ores) for which it is named. It takes in tons of raw materials each day, but doesn’t process them itself; most are shipped north to Drummond’s Point.

The city is governed by a council of merchant families: Sadett, Tanah, Risol, Noto, and Zuhrukt. These families play off each other for control of the city, all attempting to maximize their family’s profits from the island. Many slaves and goods are shipped off the island for sale in Drakon and Zhestok.

Silverfield is divided into 4 districts: Slave, Warehouse, Tavern, and Market.

The slave district is almost purely slave quarters, mashed together to form a densely populated area. There are no services available here, so sewage lays in the street with the garbage, creating a most awful stench. Houses are made from mud, clay, and thatch, with exceptionally few having any wood in their construction. There is a slave market along the main road, where everything is for sale; food, trinkets, services, and themselves.

This is where all the raw materials are stored on their way to the other cities. Warehouses are heavily guarded, and tend to be built right into the walls of the city. Each is owned by a merchant family, with their crests featured prominently on the front of the building, and on the guards’ livery. Even the crates inside the warehouses are stamped with the crest.

The tavern district is filled with tavern, brothels, and living places for the guards of the city. Since the guards have little else to occupy their time when they are off shift, there are a multitude of taverns here. They are usually filled to the brim from sundown to daybreak, guards usually nursing hangovers throughout the day. During the day they have night-shift guards to take care of, but the district is largely quiet during the day with most of the guards working.

This is where passing merchants sell their wares, guards buy new weapons and armour with the money they earned gambling last night, and some slave trading happens. Most slave trade happens at Drummond's Point, but some does happen here. Noble families also do large amounts of raw material purchasing here, to feed their processing facilities at Drummond’s Point.

Silverfield has been successfully liberated from the slave traders thanks to the initial infiltration by Party. It is now under the control of the former slaves with its main defensive walls well intact. A large majority of the interior wooden buildings have been burned down due to the large fire that broke out during the liberation battle. However, the main armory is intact along with a large cache of weapons and armour.
