Enrolment requests

Teachers and administrators will receive enrolment requests as notifications.

If your current role is a teacher or administrator you can administer such requests in USERS > Requests. You can filter the requests by choosing:

• The scope:
  • System
  • Country
  • Institution
  • Centre
  • Degree
  • Course
• The requested roles:
  • students
  • teachers

You will see a list with all the requests, sorted from the most recent to the oldest. In each row of the list the following information is displayed:

• Course
• Current number of teachers in the course
• Requester (the user who want to sign up in the course)
• Requested role
• Date and time of the request

and two buttons:

• Register: green button, to accept the enrolment request

  In this case the requester' record card and a button to confirm the registration will be displayed. Depending on your current role and the role requested, you will be able to change the request role.

• Reject: red button, to reject the registration
