Users clipboard

There are several options in the USERS tab where you can select and copy multiple users to a clipboard for later use:

• USERS > Students
• USERS > Teachers
• USERS > Others > Guests

Also, in the user administration options:

• USERS > Students > Administer one user
• USERS > Teachers > Administer one user
• USERS > Others > Administer one user

which can also be accessed through the user's record cards, it is possible to copy the selected user to the clipboard.

In any of the indicated options, you can choose between:

• add the selected user(s) to the clipboard, without deleting any users that were already there
• overwrite the clipboard with the selected user(s), deleting any other users that were previously there

Contents from the clipboard

In any of the three options

• USERS > Students
• USERS > Teachers
• USERS > Others > Guests

you can view the contents of the user clipboard by clicking on the Clipboard icon located in the upper left corner of the user box. A Clipboard box will appear with the current list of users. If you want to delete the clipboard, click the Remove icon (red trash can) in the top left corner of the clipboard; you will not be asked for confirmation and obviously only the links to users will be deleted, not the users themselves.

Selecting users from the clipboard

Users from the clipboard can be used in user selection within the following options:

• USERS > Students > Administer multiple students
• USERS > Teachers > Administer multiple non-editing teachers
• COMMUNICATION > Messages > Compose message
