System links

The SYSTEM > Links option provides a list of institutional or system links.

Edit

System administrators can edit system links by clicking on the Edit icon (pencil) in the upper left corner of the box.

When you click on Edit, a Links box appears that contains:

• A first box that allows you to add a new link by typing the following columns and then clicking on the Create link button:
  • Short name. This name will be displayed in the list of links.
  • Full name. This name will be displayed when you place the mouse pointer over the link.
  • WWW. URL to which the link will point.
• A list that allows you to edit the existing links. You can change any of the three previous columns.

To remove a link, click on the Remove icon (red trash can). No confirmation is required.
