Timeline

The START > Timeline and START > Profiles options allow you to see a timeline (public activity chronologically ordered from the most recent to the oldest) in the style of other social networks (Twitter, Facebook...).

• In the START > Timeline option you will see the timeline of users that you follow or all users.
• In the START > Profiles option you will see the timeline of a selected user.

In the timeline, you will see:

• Public social posts
• Comments on these messages

and also links to:

• Public files.
• Calls for exams.
• Posts in General and SWAD forums.
• Yellow notices.

from the users you follow or from all the users.

It is possible to mention users in social posts and comments by writing their nicknames preceded by the @ symbol. As in other options, it is also possible to incorporate multimedia content.

Notifications

There are four types of notifications related to timeline:

• New comments to my social publishings
• New favourite to my social publishings
• New sharings of my social publishings
• New mentions
