Email domains allowed for notifications

The START > Notifications > Domains option lists the email domains allowed to send notifications by email. The option displays a list with three columns:

• Email domain
• Information about the domain
• Number of users whose email addresses belong to that domain

The list can be sorted by any of the three columns by clicking on the column heading. By default it is sorted by the third column (number of users).

Edit

System administrators can edit email domains by clicking on the Edit icon (pencil) in the upper left corner.

When you click on Edit two boxes appear:

• The first box allows you to add a new email domain by typing the email domain and the information and clicking on the Create email domain button.
• The second box allows you to edit the existing email domains.
  • You can rename the email domain and the information about the domain by typing in those fields. When you finish editing a field press ENTER or press outside the edit box.
  • You can also remove a domain by clicking on the Remove icon (red cross).
