Shared files

In some institutions, centres, degrees and courses there are documents and other files in FILES > Shared, a file zone where both teachers and students can upload files that will be visible by other users.

Depending on the scope (institution, centre, degree or course), the FILES > Shared option is used to host the following documents:

• Institutional materials (reports, documents, etc.) for users from the current institution
• Centre materials (reports, documents, etc.) for users from the current centre
• Degree materials (reports, documents, etc.) for users from the current degree
• Course materials (slides and other documents) for users from the current course (in some courses there are documents and shared files for groups)

These documents are editable by any user from the institution, centre, degree or course by clicking in the yellow folder with a green + symbol.
