List of rooms

The option CENTER > Rooms shows a list of all the rooms of the selected center. The list can be ordered by building (default option), floor, type, short name, full name or capacity of the room.

Each of the rows in the list contains the following columns:

• Building: short name of the building in which the room is located; it will be one of those listed in CENTER > Buildings
• Floor: level or floor of the room in the building
• Type: one of the following: No type, Administration/Management, Auditorium, Cafeteria, Canteen, Classroom, Concierge, Corridor, Gym, Hall, Kindergarten, Laboratory, Library, Office , Outdoors, Parking, Pavilion, Room, Secretariat, Seminar, Shop, Store, Toilets, Virtual, Yard.
• Short name: short name of the room.
• Full name: full name of the room.
• Capacity: capacity of the room measured in number of people.
• MAC address: One or more MAC addresses of network access points located in or near the room, used for geolocation indoors.

Edit rooms

Center administrators, institution administrators or global administrators can add a room by clicking on the Edit icon in the upper left corner of the box.
