Report of use

In ANALYTICS > Report you can generate a report of the use that you have made of the platform.

By clicking on Generate report, you will get an updated report of the use you have made of SWAD. The report may take several seconds to generate, depending on your use of the platform.

Once the report is generated, the following message is displayed:

Report of use of SWAD
User: <Your name>
Date: <date> <time> UTC
report_<date>_<time>.html
This link will remain active as long as your user's account exists.

where report_<date>_<time>.html (the report filename) is a link to download or print the report.

Reports will remain stored for as long as your user account exists. They contain a permanent link (permalink) that can be visited by external evaluators if they need to verify that the content of the report has not been altered. Reports are public (access to them is not password protected), but part of the permalink is encrypted so you can not access a report if you do not know its permalink.

For reasons of personal data protection, your reports are removed from the server when your user's account is deleted.
