This is to be used with the annotation output, to allow the taxonomy team to easily pull out the protein regions from the ORF 1ab polyprotein that correspond to maturation proteins. This table shows the Pfam ID, the controlled vocabulary term used, and the free text description for the taxonomy-related domains.
