The black footed ferret is a tiny mustelid. Native to interior regions of North America.

Black footed ferrets are a super rare spawn in dry grassland biomes. They spawn in groups of 1-2. Male and females are equally likely to spawn, and are not sexually dimorphic.

Black footed ferrets are fast, neutral animals; they will not attack the player unless their young are threatened. They can be picked up with a right click without issue.
