The Scribing Desk can be used to put the knowledge uncovered from arcane relics into some practical usage.

Obtaining

A scribing desk can be crafted from any wooden slabs, a bookshelf, a vanilla writable book, any wood blocks and glass bottle.

Usage

Researched Relics (Stone Tablets of various sizes, but only those which contain spells) can be put into the top left slot of the Scribing Desk, allowing to recreate Ancient spells.

To research a relic, you must first study it at a Sphere of Cognizance.

The Scribing Desk GUI

(1) The topleft slot accepts any researched relic (Stone Tablet). You must research the stone tablet first with the Sphere of Cognizance and not ever y Stone Tables contain spells! Spell stone tablets have gold colored tooltip and a "Spell" tooltip, listing the required components. The other stone tablets cannot be used at the Scribing Desk.. (2) Crystal slot for Electroblob's Wizardry magic crystals (3) Book slot for a vanilla empty book (4) (vanilla, black) Ink Slot (5) Spell component slots. These vary for each spell and revealed when a researched stone table was put into the Scribing Desk (6) The scribing button. Becomes available when all requirements are met to craft an Ancient spellbook
