Overview
This feature is the easiest feature to test. We have designed 6 long bgms for screens and several sound effects for the game (part of the sounds were delegated to other teams)
How to test
Once you run the game, the music should be mainmenu_bgm.mp3 because the current screen is that. And for other screens: GameOver screen bgm is unique. And the main menu bgm, monster menu bgm and settings screen bgm should be the same. Achievement screen bgm is unique. History score screen bgm and the prop store bgm should be the same. The main game soundtrack should be track1.mp3 first in the original map. Then once the player enters the new map, the soundtrack should be track2.mp3.
In the game, when the player jumps, attacks there will be corresponding sound effects. Then, pass the flying monster, meet the UFO, missles will trigger different sounds.
Sprint 4
We designed 18 more bgms for the game in sprint 4. Team 7 was reasponsible to implement the codes about this feature. Here is the testing plan of this feature.
- When you run the game. In the main menu it should play the mainMenubgm1.mp3
- If you click the settings screen: there should be a music icon at the top corner of that screen. You can select different bgm there.
- Same things to all the other screens: Monster menu; Prop store; History Score; Achievment; Select Skin; Game Over ... 4.You can also choose in game bgm in the setting screen: test if it plays the same mp3 when you enter the game.
