Quest type extended test plan
The test plan consists expanding the pre-existing test suite for the quest-types by adding more tests that check the functionality of the quest system. These tests include: Testing if the quest progress increases if the global variable the quest is tracking changes; testing if the quest can give out a progress value over a hundred (the quest progress is measured in percentage so it should cap at a hundred); checking a boundary condition by seeing if giving zero as a value to the constructor throws an exception or not when it should.
The test plan also checks to see if the quest rewards are properly implemented in the game so tests are set up across every quest-type. Here's the tests that are implemented in each quest-type: Testing if the quest is completed then gold should be given to the player; testing if the quest is completed then a item reward should be given to the player; testing if the quest is cleared but not completed (the quest progress is under 100) then the reward should not be given to the player.
Here's the names of the tests for each quest-type (given * represents the quest-type and % represents the global variable being tracked):
testIf*QuestChangesProgress,
testIf*QuestGivesProgressOver100,
checkIfGiving%AsZeroThrows,
testIfGoldRewardIsGivenIf*QuestCompletedAndCleared,
testIfItemRewardIsGivenIf*QuestCompletedAndCleared,
testIfRewardIsNotGivenIf*QuestIsNotCompletedAndCleared.
