Motivation:

Abiding by the 80-20 rule, 80% of the time any support person answers the same questions. So to help them, we need to have a Chatbot that works hand in hand with the support person.

Objective:

Build a web interface for the customer and for the support team. Customer interface is a simple chat interface (Just concentrate on the text ability) which interacts with the Support team

Support team interface 

shall have the chat interface backed by AI. shall have a page to enter common FAQs and answers to them On the chat interface, if in need, AI should automatically ask for contact details to contact them later.

Example 1:

User: What do you do? Chatbot: We are a consulting firm, we have top-tier experts in marketing, finance, law and technology to make your token offering a success.  

Example 2:

User: What does your company do?  Chatbot: We are a consulting firm, we have top-tier experts in marketing, finance, law and technology to make your token offering a success. What services are you looking for?

Example 3:

User:  What services do you provide? Chatbot: We are a consulting firm, we have top-tier experts in marketing, finance, law and technology to make your token offering a success. What services are you looking for?

Example 4:

User: Can you send me more details? Chatbot: Sure, may I get your phone or email?  (follow-up question) User: You can contact me at 9999999999 Chabot: Sure, have a nice day.
