Develop a mobile App for your community where you live.

The app should allow you to share the latest news related to your community or ask questions to your community mates.
The App should have regular user and admin.
Users would create account and Admin would approve.
Users can send messages to the community which would appear on the Community Home Screen.
The message can be related to safety or new event or anything.
The app can also manage the recording of maintenance payments.
This app can trigger any safety-related alarms.
